About Fulton Community Development Agency

The Fulton Community Development Agency provides economic development loans and small business technical assistance, rental assistance, housing rehab, HUD's Small Cities Programs, infrastructure improvements, housing and affordable homeownership opportunities, and oversees fair housing issues.


Mission Statement

The CDA will continue to compete for new funding as additional sources develop. The Community Development Agency's goals include maintaining the City's tax base and improving the quality of life for low and moderate-income Fulton residents through neighborhood improvements and affordable homeownership as well as the retention and creation of jobs through low-interest economic development loans encouraging business expansions. Increased job opportunities and additional sales and property tax revenues contribute to a healthier economic climate, allowing Fulton to grow and prosper.
